I can think of plenty of times where I would. If needed. That's what savings are for, ultimately. I'm just trying to not shortcut my future.
yeah I totally agree. cash out some Bitcoin to buy a car or whatever.
but to buy Dollars for the sake of it? no way. I can't imagine a price I'd do that for.
