that's one i've never tried. i just avoided it like Ledger due to the non bitcoin stuff...

is it easy to use?

Pretty easy to use yeah

Non Bitcoin stuff is good, just makes it a hardware device for managing keys in general. I hope they might even support nostr someday

Convenience wise FBTC is simplest setup but not safe since it’s not self custody. BitKey is easy to setup and recover but not fully sovereign.

Teach them to use SeedSigner. Its probably the easiest option, and it doesn't sacrifice anything. You don't have to teach why it works - just show them the magic. Easy.
