NEW: RFK Jr. just exposed a truth that could bankrupt the antidepressant industry.

“There are studies coming out of Stanford and Harvard that show a lot of mental illness, including anxiety and depression, are related to food… Food is medicine. By changing your diet, you can lose some of those diagnoses.”

According to Fox News, 40% of teenagers now struggle with anxiety and depression.

“This is not happening like it is here elsewhere in the world,” Kennedy points out.

In the U.S., nearly 80% of adults are overweight or obese. In Japan? Just 3%—and they live about seven years longer on average.

Kennedy isn’t sugarcoating it: we are poisoning ourselves with what we put in our food.

“We are letting down these kids. And there is a moral issue here… it’s a financial issue. Health care costs are going to sink us. And the only way that we’re going to solve it is by changing what we eat,” he says.

Socrates said let food be thy medicine and medicine thy food. It’s amazing how far we’ve come yet really have learned nothing at all.

It’s years I tell my father to eat healthy for a month and do some regular physical activity and see what it feels like.

When you eat like shit and don’t move for years you fell shit all the time, but you think it’s normal because you actually forgot what it means to feel good!!!

Sorry for the rant just venting frustration here

That’s right. Just don’t surrender to laziness and excuses. Exercise the best you can, eat as healthy as you can. Love someone. Stay positive

‘isn’t sugarcoating it’ 😌

I don't agree with everything the dude believes, but he's 100% correct on this. GIGO.
