It’s years I tell my father to eat healthy for a month and do some regular physical activity and see what it feels like.

When you eat like shit and don’t move for years you fell shit all the time, but you think it’s normal because you actually forgot what it means to feel good!!!

Sorry for the rant just venting frustration here

That’s right. Just don’t surrender to laziness and excuses. Exercise the best you can, eat as healthy as you can. Love someone. Stay positive
