As if men are saving up all of their anger and frustration from Woman A (who is shameless and just laughs in his face) and then unloading it upon Woman B (who is prone to worrying about how men perceive her and open to correction).

It's a sort of delayed sadistic release.

But women aren't human punching bags. And sin isn't collective.

I think women on women violence is much worse surely? Men don’t care you wire the same dress twice. We didn’t even see it

I meant more that some of the men around me can get sort of fanatical and scrupulous about things. They lose their perspective of us being individuals, deserving of empathy.

If they can't get the majority of women to stop cutting their hair short and dying it blue, for instance, then they regain their sense of control by obsessing over whether a glittery hair pin is an occasion to sin.

Sometimes, a glittery hair pin is just a glittery hair pin.

Overreach is real.

I find people both wonderful and dumb. Unfortunately a lot of people just like drama.
