I've met multiple people that just buy an Android phone, register a random email address and start using the phone with that. Once they buy a new phone they just make a new account on everything.

Thats odd
Have some illiterate relative that do that, they can't secure a password for their own benefit.
(To be honest, that's what I do too and that's what I recommend to everybody who gets an Android phone.)
Do you use Graphene?
Or for the non Pixels, Lineage?
I've installed Cyanogenmod and Lineage many times, but the last time I tried I bricked my phone so I stopped.
No, I don't want to pay that much for a phone.
Fair enough.
What do you consider too much? You'll just have to source a Pixel. You can have a Pixel 6a for under $250 in my area. I got one new for $200. Although, location could drastically affect the price of course..
Their refreshed web installer makes it so the phone is unbrickable when flashing. No google services with privileged access by default is an incredible change, no need for any accounts in the first place. But the Google play services are optional and fully functional/sandboxed if you need them for any reason.
It's completely changed mobile device usage for me 🤯
Cero spam lol
Tbh that sound a little like a member of a cartel or a hitman 😂
Privacy does not mean you have something to hide like a skelleton in the closet. Privacy means you selectively choose who you give your information to. I don't want to give my personal email to anyone except friends and family.
Oh, for sure! I really couldn't care less about why someone uses his phone like that, is his prerogative
That's my Dad. 72 years old lives in a van in Baja California. Has new number and phone every year.
actually genius
I do this. No long term identities. Ever.
Anything I can do to be a thorn in the side of dragnet surveillance 🙃
