As of today, oxchat has native create/send using npub.
Cashu.me can create and receive P2PK locked tokens, but doesn't make it easy (yet) to use your npub/nsec. I have put in a PR to allow creation of tokens using an npub - hopefully it will roll out once reviewed by Calle.

Nostrly Cashu Redeem can receive npub locked tokens to a lightning address. You simply paste in the token, your nsec and a lightning address.
