I think it's funny that people are making a big deal that politicians want your money.
Of course they want your money,
They don't care what type of money it is.
The difference with bitcoin is that it's a money you don't HAVE to give to them, they control every other type, so why the fuck would you hand it over willingly.
I get why people are pissed about the Bitcoin conference turning into a campaign trail, but is it not kind of a sign of the greater Bitcoin adoption taking place?

Yep you're right, and like all things that become mainstream (like your fav band 😭) you get the good with the bad. You get to say "I was here first haha". But then you gotta make sure to spot the wolves in bitcoin clothing.
