I'm intrigued! But also a bit confused, after playing with it for a little

I think there needs to be - at the top - slightly more explanation of what this tool does and more specifically: what a user should enter.

For instance: on the form, the "(US$m)" on the allocation lines is confusing. Are we supposed to be entering percentages of our personal allocations? Or dollar amounts? What is "the real estate project"? Over what time period?

If it's a percentage then I get that the time period would be irrelevant, but if it's a dollar amount, then it's important - unless you're asking for current net worth breakdown.

Lol I've rambled sorry... It just needs a few sentences of instruction and explanation outside of, and simpler than, the "detailed model overview".

Also, if it's supposed to be dollar amounts, let me enter arbitrary decimals. Right now that is a validation on the the field that doesn't allow adding a hundreds place (0.75 fails, 0.7 works)
