It's like fish jello. Unless you hate fish, it's quite interesting.

Oh, I've had it in Finland. I've never been the same.

I can't say that I've been looking for it again, but I really enjoyed the experience!

We've always done it mixed in with a cream sauce over mashed potatoes. I'd love to try an authentic preparation of it some day.

They used a whitefish. It tasted like fish jelly. That was many moons ago though.
