Curious what NOSTR thinks of the Trump victory 👀
Discussion
Bullish for the USA. Bullish for world peace.
I just hope he actually does most of the bitcoin stuff so that he can encourage Mexico to follow suit.
If he does at least 10% of what he promissed the world will be a better place.
STAY HUMBLE AND STACK ZAPS
im sure releasing Ross would stablish trust with my local nostriches
Trump gets so much criticism, yet he’s done more than any milk toast republican to increase liberty than any president in my lifetime.
Trump appointed Federal judges are restoring gun rights in places that I thought would never get them back.
And of course his Supreme Court appointments have been much better…if Clarence Thomas retires, which will be a sad day indeed, hopefully Trump will be the one to appoint his replacement.
For all his flaws, I’m not sure we could do better: look at what we’ve had for the last 40 years and be honest with yourself. The patriot act, operation choke point, fast and furious, illegal surveillance, FISA warrants, too many disgusting banana republic bullshit to list in a nostr post.
It feels like for the first time in my life, there could be change in our government for the better. The swamp was deeper and murkier than we expected in 2016. Trump also said on Rogan that he had to hire thousands of people in his first term and didn't know how many were untrustworthy. This time I think he and the country are ready.
I still don’t have high expectations for what Trump can do. Maybe he lops off 1 or 2 heads of a 1,000 headed Hydra. That’s much better than feeding the damn thing. Maybe he feeds the beast a little too. But I know his first term was better for my rights than any other president in the last 40 fucking years. Bill Clinton? Bush Sr, Bush jr, Obama? All complicit in bankster theft schemes and cramming big government down our throats. The assassination attempts, by the media (sponsored by Pfizer), by the weaponized FBI and DoJ, and by patsies with guns, tell me all I need to know about who I voted for.
I think he's a lot more free than we could expect. In the end, the donors have rebuked him, and he's petty and won't forget. What industries have supported him? Not even crypto, who has donated more to Kamala. Maybe oil-gas, and little more.
He will end up one of the greatest presidents of all-time. Next 4 years are gonna be lit.🔥
#Nostr is the only place you'll get a real opinion. Here's my take:
Trump is an imperfect avatar for a lot of understated thoughts about how the average American feels. He has some good policies, others not so good. He made mistakes in his first term and didn't keep promises. He is brash, egotistical, and condescending at times.
That being said, he is the best option I have personally seen that can defend/execute the most important concepts of this period of history: Free speech, world peace, technological innovation. Energy production and empowering corporate development are his vision to stimulate economic dominance.
He came out to the public and exposed the global elite. No other person on Earth could have endured the immediate concentration of hatred, pressure, negative media, adverse court cases, intense public audits, frequent lies and acuasations, all while running a thriving country and dealing with the worst pandemic in a century. He kept world leaders in a backseat to America's agenda without creating or entering new wars.
He does business like it's the 80s, which was when the world loved him - an outspoken young billionaire playboy democrat in New York who was on tv every night, developing the NY skyline, donating money, and attending all charity causes.
A lot of what he does is admirable and I truly believe he is on the good side of the spectrum, but that doesn't matter, as his actions and how the world has benefited speaks loudly enough.
It is my pleasure to support him and place heavy expectations on him as the Commander-in-Chief of the United Staes of America.
