not sure why I never did this on damus ios but I'm thinking there should be a confirmation screen after you click post that shows a preview of the rendered post in case you screwed something up by accident.

Perhaps having a secondary call to action for “preview” along with a “post” action could do the job for those who seek it but doesn’t get in the way for those who don’t?

Nostr notes are immutable after send. Best you could do is create an edit note but not all clients would see that.
