Literally the last thing we need is more centralization of mining. It needs to be spread across time zones and national borders for a reason.

Even if everyone agreed this was a good plan of action it would be impossible.
However, seeing politicians fight to support and attract bitcoin will become the new normal.

They should fight for the vote, but they should also attempt understand what the fuck they’re talking about. I’m not convinced in the slightest that Trump knows anything more about bitcoin mining than Biden. What he does know really well is how to sell things to people who are ready to buy.

Game Theory will play out. Eventually hashrate will be more evenly distributed as governments begin to see hashrate as a vital defense. Miners also go where the low cost power is. A few more halvings and who knows where this stuff will be located.
