You always make me feel proud to have always said no to those drugs.

First I learned how to sleep on my back to deal with my acid reflux. Then I just learned to not overeat near bedtime.

If I do happen to be dealing with heartburn or acid reflux midday, I usually just do a shot of apple cider vinegar and it seems to do the trick much faster than 72 hours.

I always was told the AC Vinegar rebalances your pH. Don’t know if that’s true, but I feel like it works better than my dad’s attempts to quell his with ice cream 😅

Baking soda is great too

It depends on if you want to raise or lower the pH in your stomach.

Baking soda is alkaline (high pH)

Vinegar is acidic (low pH)
