Pretty much the same diet, carnivore + some fruit and rice.

My weight lifting routine is based on Gironda’s 8x8 plan (modified to what’s possible for me). I lift weights everyday that I’m not too sore or busy (I don’t miss two days in a row).

Cold plunges have been undeniably great for me.

Just starting to add weekly yoga and sauna. And using a weighted vest for when I walk my dogs.

Nice! Yoga is fantastic. I've borrowed a few stretches that really helped with my lower back. I was in a car accident with a tractor trailer when I was 20 that messed up my lower back. It got much better when I got more fit though.

Damn! Glad you were able to find something that works for you!

As I got healthier, especially cutting out inflammatory junk food, I noticed that a lot of joint pain from old injuries, just went away. Then I’d eat crap, and the next morning, hello knee pain!

Not sure how much it relates to something as traumatic as a bad car accident but it really surprised me how broad the effects were of getting healthier and more fit.

It really has made a difference for me too. Switching to carnivore got rid of a lot of little issues I dealt with before but was so used to I didn't actively notice. A few months after being carnivore I was like "Hey, my back doesn't hurt" or "Hey, my allergies aren't nearly as bad". That kind of thing.

I’m pretty close to having a carnivore diet now, and it’s great (I still eat fruit). However, I gotta admit that when I was a whole-food-only vegan a while back, I also felt big health improvements. I think cutting out processed foods is one of the most important things you can do with your diet.

I'm of a similar opinion. I think it's less about what foods you eat as long as they are whole and unprocessed. Whether that's meat or veggies or whatever. One thing is for sure, though, the "RDA" is absolute BS "science". It was just a bunch of doctors' opinion about what they "thought" people should have each day. It's not evidence based at all.

Yes, the food pyramid was quite the scheme.

Same!

I’m hopeful more and more people will find this level of relief, happy for you!
