These concepts are not new or difficult for them. They are not small children. 16 year olds are perfectly capable of deciding for themselves if, when, and with whom to have sex.

When young people become able to give or deny informed consent they should be legally allowed to consent.

@MatthewSpeak @brazen_unicorn @GibranStormcrow @freethinking100 @IckyVickyEww @Not_Meis @zachsilberberg Some weirdo fundamentalists might prevent their sons and daughters from learning about the world. That's very unfortunate. A young adult's best defense against bad people of all sorts is good information.

A logical age of consent is between 14 and 16.
