Russian oil refinery in Nizhny Novgorod earlier today, 800km from Ukraine.

Far more effective to help Ukraine blow up Russia's economy with drones and agents that worry about Bitcoin sanctions.

...and as for anyone killed at that facility: they were war criminals, directly helping Russia fund its invasion. Fuck them.

How can you say that lightly that anyone working there is a war criminal? How do you define war criminal? Dude, with that criteria anyone paying taxes is a war criminal, including you.

Civilians have a respomsability, to know what os happening around them and push against gov when necessary, but there is a limit to that responsability too

I don't live in a country that is engaging in a large scale, unprovoked, genocidal, illegal, war of invasion. If I did, I would at least try to leave. I certainly wouldn't continue to work in one of the biggest revenue generating export industries and pay taxes.

If you can't distinguish between what Russia is doing right now and what Western countries have done in the past you're hopelessly dumb. Or perhaps, hopelessly contrarian.

Just following your logic, what with those trying to leave? A random worker thinking "ok, I've saved enough to move out my county" and Boom, a bomb fall. What would you say? "Sorry pal, move faster nex time"?

I think you talk because is free, just fiat rethoric. Anyone who thinks through what you propose would at least be hesitant on celebrating someone else's dead.

Don't think for a second you're moral standards are suoerior just for asking "can someone kill the bad guys please"

It's a war. They've had multiple years to leave.

Like it or not, they're making an important material contribution to Russia's war effort. The oil refinery itself is clearly a valid military target. If they don't want to die, the onus is on them to find a way to not be there.

The only thing I see is a man trying to justify killing people extremely unrelated to the conflict, with a simple reason, in a complex world.

You didn't even explicited your criteria for "when is ok to work" and when is "helping the bad guys" 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️ but maybe is easier to disguise our darkest cravings with a moralizing coating rather than thinking through what we propose

with that logic we'd all have to leave the "great USofA". we are funding the starvation and genocide of the children of PALESTINE

Israel is fighting a legitimate war against Hamas, and they're taking measures to allow food aid in. Gazans certainly aren't starving.

Of course, it would be completely legitimate for Israel to blockade Gaza entirely and let them starve. This is a war: Israel has no responsibility to the people inside Gaza. They choose to declare war on Israel, massacring over 1000 civilians in an act of genocide. The obvious consequences of that are on Gaza.
