You might want to consider getting the glans expressed and something called Glandex - you can get it off Amazon.
And no.. Pumpkin won’t help.

Glandex is a special fiber supplement. Basically makes the poop harder so the glans express themselves.
As for DIY butthole squeezing I leave that to professionals so I don’t have Ziva bite me and I don’t puke on her. 🤣 - I mean with that face how could I barf on that head…!
