Is Phoenix wallet a good place to store large amount of bitcoin? If I just want one wallet with both lightening and on chain and In don't care about fees.

Without getting too much info, do you have another option like a Coldcard that you are using for secure long term cold storage?

You might want to consider having a reputable secured device (like a Coldcard) to manage a larger stash of your corn.
