What part of it do you struggle with?

In person?
Just all of it.
I'd rather be in a quite room than verbally speaking to anyone...I'm usually pondering ideas/thoughts/self reflections, bitcoins future, etc etc.

"Small talk" I guess you'd call it?
Teach someone to speak English. That's how I got better at small talk and I've got the auties. Everyone is coming into that interaction with a handicap and the intent of both parties is to improve. In my case I also made a friend.
I've also found reading what I type outloud to be very helpful. There was a disconnect between my writing voice and speaking voice as I was so much more than speaking. When I had social awkwardness and in the moment knew if I could only write it out it would be clear I got so frustrated. Bringing them to the same level of competence was really helpful.
