Does that destory miscle somehow? I think. It just burns a ton of fat quickly.

you do burn fat, but also muscle because calories/protein are needed. the body begins burning muscle as fuel without it.

it's probably not a whole lot (much more fat than muscle), but a three-day fast is long for me.

How’d it go?

I haven't done this recently. When I was a little younger I used to do things like this. Fats way to burn a ton of fat. And huge feeling if accomplishment. It wasn't a fast run. Very slow and efficient as possible.
