I am going through a divorce right now and lost all my Bitcoin- that I bought 98% anonymously and locked them cold as fuck - what could happen to me?

I had the same thing happen to me but it never ever came up in proceedings and mediation where we split assets. She didn't understand Bitcoin and it was less valuable then, but still. Hope it never comes up. If it does, deny. Let them do all the work they want, which will be none. Bury the cold storage and keys in separate places like they were gold bars. It was lost. Lots of Bitcoin keys were lost. Oh well shit happens.
