You ever try raw milk butter? So fragrant and delicious but expensive and hard to get. They sell unpasteurised butter in the super market but it's bland compared to butter from a raw milk farm.
I have! But it’s also hard to find here. I actually prefer the taste of the grassfed butter but I really liked the raw milk and raw yogurt.
Butter is great, but ghee is the very best way to cook eggs.
