I think that we’re getting an influx of new comers via Nostr (but not only) who have only experienced Lightning.
We need to help them learn on-chain so they can properly store and manage their Bitcoin.
I’m already seeing some evidence of that.

Interesting. When I came aboard a couple months ago it seemed to me that most were pretty Knowledgable already VS what I saw on Twitter
It’s great to see the community growing but that does come with challenges
Self custody and accountability is such a major deterrent of mass adoption, we need to get this right
#[3]​ and I helped to clarify some concepts for someone today and also how to self-custody Bitcoin.
It’s a tremendous service
A major issue I keep seeing is ppl don’t “want the responsibility” 🤦🏻‍♂️
