I'm sticky 😫😫. Made an apricot glaze for some chicken thighs, that shit got everywhere somehow...Hands were sticky after I put it in the oven, it took two temp checks to realize it was on the potholder. Now my arm is sticky...look down and IT'S ON MY SHIRT!! WTF?!? It's so very tasty but damn. Don't cook while on cough syrup 🤷♀️😂. #wtf #howdidievendothat #tastyafthough

It was realy good. The glaze is 3:1 apricot preserves to dijon mustard, and a splash of soy sauce.

It was supposed to go on a pork tenderloin, but we don't eat much pork, it doesn't agree with us ☹️. The chicken thighs worked great as a sub.
