Getting an air fryer changed my life. Normally, I would do them by searing them in butter in my cast-iron and then popping them into the oven but since I got the air fryer, I haven’t even thought about doing it. I don’t miss the smoky apartment.

I simply season with salt and pepper and cut a few slices of butter over the top then set my air fryer to 200°C and then I flip the steak after five minutes. Throw a little more butter on the other side pull it out. Let it rest for a few, and it gives me the most beautiful medium, rare steak imaginable .
