If someone tells you they think communism is a good idea, show them this photo of a cashier checking a buyer's registration when selling a scarce product in 1990’s Moscow, USSR.

Supreme Soviet Socialist Republic

Iran is not officially under communism, but by registering your ID and/or habing a reputable grantor, you can buy groceries from chain markets in instalments!!

This is a normal picture right now in Iran

I wish you all the strength in the world!

Just like those old soviet time, here in Iran some people afford to not stand in line and show their ID, but not most.

Well that's not fair. In the 90s, not a trace of communism remained in the Soviet Union. There were cooperatives and speculators all around; you could get anything, but on the black market.

If you want to talk about communism in the USSR, then take at least the era of the 60s.

But in general, talking about communism is pointless because no one has managed to build a communist state. And this does not necessarily mean that the ideas of communism are bad, but rather that the builders are simply not good enough.

Please tell me how great it was, and how much better it will be when the “right people” build it.

Perhaps soon you will be able to see this in the USA

and yer head is the first on the chopping block.

the old "its not the ideas its the people" shit-for-fucking-brains cope...

how hard do you work at avoiding new information?
