maybe i only differ from you in believing that the angels have physical - and humanoid forms, as it clearly describes them "taking human wives" and producing cursed offspring, "giants" and that part of the reason for the Flood was to purge these abominations from the planet
i believe that this factually happened, and if you do a survey of ancient mythologies all across the world you will read about some similar and other different but a common theme to them will be the appearance of messengers who gave warnings and the survivors are the ones that heeded them... like the angels that visited Noah
i don't think it's really actually controversial to say these things but the Bible clearly says that angels are created beings but they are in the employ of God and do His will, and it has been some time since there was many reported sightings of them but that may well be because the modern languages and technologies gave people words to describe them more accurately.

Angels definately had the ability to take on human form before the flood. That power would appear to be limited post flood, and for good reason. Yet, God is alive, and will send his power where he wants to.
Still, taking human form is not necessary to rebuke the nations.

Your magnetic and tech talk strikes me as much the way astrologers of old saw and read the universe. We are mostly in agreement, I just try to steer clear of the magic practicers and idol worshipers. Astrology may have some accuracy, and technology is based on facts, yet we know very little.
