If you have an idea for a different ruleset, I can code a new ruleset rather rapidly so just fire it at me.
If you want me to support a currently unsupported NIP, just let me know, I doubt any of them would be too difficult.
I tried to achieve good audio quality:
* I used a yeti blue microphone with the cartiod pattern
* I unplugged the noisy case fan from my computer
* I put blankets around the room to reduce echo
* I did voice exercises before recording
* I tried to speak clearly (but sometimes I got excited and started slurring my words)
* I postprocessed with noise reduction, compression, and a highpass filter
Why is it called chorus?
I was hoping more church-going people would be interested in nostr. So I called it chorus since they tend to like to sing in groups together. 😉
Is there a cleanup for that mmapped events file, or is it left to grow indefinitely?
There is never much junk to clean up. Deleted events are a small percentage of total events. If you want to remove old events, then yes a cleanup would be needed.
I'm working on code that rebuilds the data.
