Chronic neck and back pain is often a sign of subclinical fibromyalgia, which the root cause is a #thiamine deficiency.

I think you could benefit from trialing a thiamine-forward B complex, agood amino-bound magnesium, and Vitamin E.

Start with mag for a week, then add the B complex on week 2, then Vit E on week 3.

Report back with pain level. 🤙

This is amazing! I had no idea that supplements could also help relieve back and neck pain. I’ll definitely try them and get back to you. Thank you so, so much!

I had severe neck pain that I attributed to posture from a career in software.

Turned out that was only part of the puzzle.

I also have a remote desktop job and have been dealing with chronic back pain for 15 years. However, until now, I haven't taken any radical steps to improve it. I will follow your guidance; I believe it will help.

Laser you’re the mvp , thank u for this !
