Hey there, this is my first post. I'm trying to figure out how this works. I followed two people, and the first thing I noticed is I don't see any obvious "feed" type of feature that shows me just what those 2 people may have posted recently. There's all kinds of posts, but none from the 2 I'm following.
Does such a feature exist, or am I misunderstanding how one might normally use Nostr?

Welcome to Nostr, you can search and skim the #grownostr hashtag as well as other hashtags then follow people and hashtags you are interested in. What kind of things interest you?
Gave you a follow. I just jumped in too after a decade without social media. I have gathered that you can follow people AND hashtags, and that's what my feed is made up of. The two you're following probably haven't posted notes, or there is an issue with relays. Follow me back and see if you get my notes.

You may be looking at the global feed, depending on your client. What client are you using?
Yes, but your client may not prioritize it. I like nostrudel and amethyst if you're shopping around. If you're using primal the feed you're looking for is under explore -> network or following.
Give yourself a follow also, that way you can see your posts in the feed. If you want to see particular people's notes just go to their profile. Follow # of what you're interested in too.
