Nope. This is only a means to an end, not my whole life.
I got a little too dogmatic on carb restrictiona year or so ago and it messed my digestion up big time.
And whatever the goal is, best of luck. ๐ค๐ป
My goal is to be healthier.
Beave's rules for health:
1. Don't be fat.
2. Don't eat things that aren't actually food.
3. Sweat (nearly) every day.
4. Read.
5. Give.

I think so.
As food goes, what I do is as much as possible is get shit that dont require an ingredient list. Can never go wrong with whole real food. I pretty much eat nothing but ground beef, eggs, raw milk, apples and bananas. That's my base at least. I'll have snack here and there, but I dont keep things like that in the house so I have to decide if its really worth leaving the house for.
That's what I'm going to move towards once I hit my goal weight!
