I don’t think so. Or we’d have nostr native web players. I think they are all proprietary with just nostr profiles for zaps
The albums and tracks themselves aren't Nostr events but I built it because I wanted everything else Nostr. Statuses, playlists, comments, zaps, etc. are all Nostr.

I've been thinking of simply generting these playlists from various podcasts and sources of music, so they are up-to-date and available on relays.

Would love to see more easy to use self hosting options here akin to Owncast/PeerTube/Castopod that currently use ActivityPub.
Owncast in particular is super easy to use and has been very stable for me.
