Gm you can stay ripped your entire life without having to slave away in the gym by eating a diet rich in natural sugars with moderate protein from whole collagenous animal foods, low (saturated) fat, plenty of diary, and good insoluble fiber from raw carrot and well cooked mushrooms.

I recommend reducing total protein, increasing collagen/gelatin, and getting a full thyroid / hormone lab done.

Excess protein is turned into sugar and uric acid. Too much uric acid leads to gout. Too little = schizophrenia.

Also, audit diet for PUFA (seed oils, fish oils) and replace them strictly with saturated fat (ghee, butter, tallow, coconut oil).

A hidden source of PUFA, due to feed, is unfortunately eggs, chicken, and pork/bacon.

Suggest limiting eggs to 1-2 a day and pausing chicken, pork for now.

Also suggest fitting coffee (with milk, maple syrup) in to help with uric acid metabolism.

The gym does get you tastefully filled in, athletic, and mobile though 🤙

The gym is wonderful but gym bro culture and the carnivore space is slaving away due to bad dietary choices.

It should be like play.
