For OP, I'd add a couple of possible caveats with Start9 would be that the currently the relay would only be accessible via Tor or on your home network. This could make it difficult if you want others to connect to your relay.

This is true, but they are working on clearnet solutions that i think they hope to deploy early 2024.

Otherwise an easy peazy clearnet relay that isnt too expensive look to nostr:npub10npj3gydmv40m70ehemmal6vsdyfl7tewgvz043g54p0x23y0s8qzztl5h 's project
