Would you use a Cash App LNURL?
ie <$miles@cash.app> as a convenient, static, LN-enabled destination to receive sats and zaps?

Yea
Turn that on and itβs game over.
Custodian dependency is not good I Shlajmara on it.
And then we add DNS to the discussion...
DNS for lnurl?
No, DNS for unlimited zapping π https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nips/pull/274#issuecomment-1436157085

Absolutely

yes π
Iβm gonna need an optional anonymous LNURL, since weβre on a first and last name basis over at Cash.
Would you use a feature that automatically relayed any received / purchased / earned sats to a pre-input destination outside of Cash over LN?
so the feature, the Cash App LNURL, would relay sats to my own node or another custodian wallet?
to whatever destination you choose, my friend.
To answer your question, yes of course I would use it, but not with this nym. If your $Cashtag has to match your β‘οΈCashLNURL, then itβs a nonstarter. I would just add it to my toolbox of how I use Cash App every month.
How is it different from WoS?
Yes

Yea absolutely - looks so much cooler to post it up and easier to remember too
Of course. Great for tips too. If users could post their static LNURL on social and print QRβs for β‘οΈ tips straight to cash app. That would shake things up π₯

foh sure
Without the $ though, so it's actually valid lightning address.
does including '$' break the spec? just starting to dig in deeply this week.
I think it would
It may break some clients. Don't try creating your custom thing, just follow the spec https://lightningaddress.com/
That's a good question. I'm not sure if that would break it.
Sorry, but sounds like an instant KYC service. And a instant tax report if I get more than $n zaps per year.
100%
I'm biased, but yes π
Yes
Lightning addressβ¦ π
Cash App Lightning Addresses for everyone is a no-brainer
