Good morning nostr, the temps today should be in the low 70's, so much nicer and more autumn-like than its been. So i hope to spend most of the day outdoors, enjoying it to the fullest.

Yesterday i ran into a friend who worked at the same hospital where i worked, and she told me how terribly demoralized most of the workers are. Many of them had quit due to not having enough staff to cover the shifts, so the ones left have to work overtime alot. My friend said they are just not treated well by admin. I'm glad i got out of there, and its disturbing that the folks who have the most direct contact with patients are in a state of burnout. Not good for patients.
