listened to the citadel dispatch w/jack and odell. never been more clear that we keep trying to use nostr as a community, but the current apps are designed for an adoption phase that comes after that (news/influencoor).

by skipping community, we wont be able to get users to stick, comment and enjoy.

the good news is i think everyone can see that now, so now just have to keep building and pushing toward that.
