Does anyone know if switching to Bitcoin Knots to enable Datum on StartOS messes up your Electrum dependency on Bitcoin Core for wallet connectivity?

Nope. All my wallets connecting to my Electrum server continued to work fine after the switch to Knots.

Yes. No need to re-download the chain when swapping from Core to Knots.
