I already did that before posting this note. Like, 3 times. The Cashu dm contained "undefined" in the message info to click to collect the sats.
And now that Cashu message is gone. Zip. Nada. Dissipated into thin air.

So the only thing delivered to you was the message containing the payment?
There's an option for online orders and in-person; online requires inputting contact information for delivery and in-person doesn't. Whoever bought it must've selected in-person or the relays the contact message was sent to aren't connecting properly.
Oof. I wrote up a long reply on Amethyst in my original thread at least an hour ago, about what I think happened and now it's gone. wtf
No, the answer is I got the messages about each order but they both said "undefined" in the spots I assume are for user id or whatever. This is my first time, so I don't know what I was missing. See screen shot attached. 
So while I was editing listings, I wasn't aware that the listings would be posted to my notes here and someone ordered while I was changing things that weren't right. Somehow, the first four products I listed got duplicated instead of just taking my edits (I didn't have my signer on at the time, on my LibreWolf browser)
So someone must have ordered (via nostr notes) things that I later deleted and I wasn't aware anyone even could. I'm going to just have to wait it out to see who messages me about their order.
PS - if you go to my listings they're very explicit about shipping. Your listing options for shipping are: N/A, free, free/pickup, and added cost. I was following nostr:npub1zzmxvr9sw49lhzfx236aweurt8h5tmzjw7x3gfsazlgd8j64ql0sexw5wy's example and used "Free/pickup" - I think that's all very confusing, without being able to tell, myself, how that works.
Would have been nice to know the listings would be instantly posted so I could be more careful. Also, found it weird that they would duplicate instead of just taking my edits, but that's probably because I had m signer off by accident and had to use my password for each listing to be published. l
Ahhh, I see now, I'll test this a bit and see where the undefined issue is coming from. I might be able to piece together the npub that placed the order ased on our metrics page; will get back to you on that.
N/A is for digital listings or products that don't require shipping. Free is for listings that buyers don't have to pay shipping for, added cost for those that need to have shipping paid. Free/Pickup is if you'r fine shippibg the product and also having people picking up the product in-person.
The duplication seems like a signer issue; are they still showing up as duplicated for you after editing?
And what do you mean by the issue of listings instantly posting?
Ok cool, I hope you can find the npubs, otherwise I'm sure people will worry where their order is and come screaming at me. I am ready to fulfill them so hopefully they do that.
I didn't say it was an issue. I'm saying that as a newbie to shopstr, I wasn't aware that my listings over there would instantly show up as notes here on my feed in nostr. I had signed off for the day here and told everyone I was having difficulties (which I've been having since day 1 two months ago here) and needed time to go figure out stuff and next thing I know, I go check for messages a couple hours later and people were reposting and responding to them as though they were notes I posed. it was not something I knew about.
Ohh gotcha, I understand now. They show up as notes in the feed for social clients that support the listing NIP (only Amethyst and Coracle atm).
PS -the customer saw my message and reached out, and we're now connected, so no rush now... but I think you'll have an interesting time looking at what I must've done to screw this up so badly lol.
