Try smoking while sitting. 🪑🚬

For real. I have been wearing a CGM for fun. Nothing ever spikes my blood sugar over 140(even a pint of ice cream) Did Chinese take-out last night and got an alert on my phone... hit 168. Leftovers today 191!! Went on a walk and within 15 mins it was down to 115. Sitting around would have just let all that glycation take place!

Wearing a cgm was very illuminating for me. Now i avoid beer and burgers

yeah, those will definitely do it too. Gave the beers up a year ago.... don't regret that at all!

Moving the body = non-negotiable
