We have a peppermint patch in our backyard that brings a lot of joy. It smells nice and we've dried the leaves for baking and made peppermint extract.

Absolutely! Been meaning to ask if you had any lard since I've never baked with it before. I'd like to run a test batch of my recipe to see how the texture develops.
