I use nostr only
For me it’s Twitter and Nostr.
In fact some of my biggest impersonators are on Instagram despite the fact that I’ve not spent more than five minutes on it, and I need to go start a second campaign to burn them all down.

I catch a few channels there uncensored, like Russel Brand's, and Megyn Kelly who I don't think is on YouTube at all.
Lots of really deranged conservative, hard right, Christian nationalist and all that stuff on that platform, but nobody forces me to watch it, so I simply don't.

Nostr only. Facebook and Instagram are blocked at the network level.
