Was just in Thailand training with #[5] ! It's a beautiful and brutal sport. I do love how they spar over in Thailand - it's fun and controlled. Trying to encourage that style of sparring here at home with my students.
I love Thailand. Been five times. Need another trip as haven’t been since pre covid. Trained at Tiger in Phuket. So good
