Roe vs Wade was a Supreme Court precedent that was overturned not a legislation. The idea is to do the same if democrats win and put their own justices . The issue for them is that I don’t see any other Supreme Court position opening in the next 4 years. Let alone 2 to gain majority.
Not only should someone have to provide ID to vote, its worth considering whether they should provide proof that their vote is in the best interest of the nation as a whole.
