CrossFit 5 days a week + runs when I feel like it

- it’s quick and I don’t have to plan my workouts

- it’s cross training so I get good coverage

I’m a changed person since I started doing it a year ago

Amazing how quickly change occurs when you stick to a routine, even if it's not hours long.

💯, and the routine is the most important part. Most important thing I did make it a non negotiable- whatever is going on, work, personal - exercise time is an absolute must
