What narratives or past story lines are you attached to? How have they benefited you?

What would happen if you released the attachment and flowed?

Find out what’s truly meant for you by detaching from outcomes. Allow the greatness that’s meant for your life to flow in.

Did 5 months of acceptance and commitment therapy and learned to let go.

Best way way I can describe it, i ruminated on storylines of a future that would never come. I was waiting for never. Once I was able to reprocess and accept the thoughts, I found my peace and have been there ever since.

It was like carrying around a heavy backpack full of rocks, each rock being an attachment that didn’t serve me. I just dumped out all the rocks and continued down the same trail I was on but suddenly I could hear the birds chirping, I could smell the lavender fields, and I was lighter on my feet and grateful for the relief.

This story is freaking amazing! It’s crazy how much light you feel when you detach… You just know that great things are going to come into your life, just perhaps not in the way you initially planned.

I practice daily to have unwavering faith in the unknown. I’m far from perfect, but it’s such a magical way to live. Thank you for sharing. 🧡

I practice meditation and gratefulness daily. Nearly a 60 day streak according to my journey. Took a combination of therapy and EDMR, but I’m forever transformed for the better. 🙏

That’s amazing! I do solfreggio frequencies. Love them. Meditation is a huge part of letting go and staying present. Amazing commitment and journey you’re having! 👏🏻

This was where I found my peace 😇 #bearmountain

So beautiful…

Rode the motorcycle to the top of the mountain. It began to rain, I meditated peacefully as it washed over me and rode down the mountain with a euphoric sensation… like I had just left 100lbs of pain atop the mountain. 🙏
