does anybody else feel like they didn’t really drink water as a kid?
I can’t really recall ever having a glass of water with dinner.

I drank rivers of water...mostly out of the hose.
in hindsight, from a hose might be the only water i had as a kid.
As a kid, I only drank when I was thirsty. I had some sort of magical sensor that would let me know when to drink. Sometimes I just felt thirsty.
I was shocked to discover that my adult body was deficient in water.
I guess my sensor stopped working at some point? 🤷
Milk here
Sure I had. Remember running from the backyard all sweating and gulping down to glasses of water either short breath. Best feeling
My dad thought drinking water made you a pussy. Yes he wears a red hat everyday.
drank milk at dinner, I remember drinking water but definitely never had a water bottle growing up
Milk or orange juice for breakfast
Soda, HiC, Tang, or Cool Aid for lunch
Ice tea every evening at dinner

And Hawaiian Punch juice from a huge metal can all day every day
never drank water at dinner but there was always a brothy soup.
I thought the families who drank huge glasses of milk at dinner were weird as hell. But I'm also lactose intolerant so 🤷
I only drank milk. Although it was skim mostly so not a huge difference
i drank a lot at school in the fountains and also at home in the gardens directly from the faucet. Still have that copper taste..
When water it was always with ice and those red see through plastic cups at pizza hut
