Day 2 of no caffeine or pop.

Definitely feeling irritable, sore neck not sure if related. And just a huge urge to chug a redbull. I know all of these feelings are temporary and in the long run ill get back my natural energy. Also was able to stick to my 12-7 diet yesterday!

The sativa has been helping me with my focus and energy though.

Are you allowed to have some tea? That could help a bit.

Some tea has no caffeine. So yes that may help. I have a tea for relaxing so I may get some of that on the go this evening.

Never heard of that, but my 2 goals right now are 0 caffeine and only eating between 12 and 7. So would depend if it had caffeine

Però approvo che tu voglia eliminarlo dalla tua dieta, il caffè crea molta dipendenza e fa male.

Io ho eliminato lo zucchero e tutte le bevande zuccherate dalla mia dieta, non è stato semplice, ma sono già 5 anni e i benefici sono stati notevoli.

Unico dolcificante che uso è lo xilitolo.

It is, I'm adhd and it helps me focus, but so does sativa cannabis, so been smoking extra and drinking lots of water

You've got this. 🤙🏻 Soda is so bad for you. I haven't drank it regularly in over a decade. I do not miss it at all.

I can't wait to get to that point, I am also trying to retrain my brain by telling my self I hate pop, and pop is gross. I did this with cigarettes and now cigarettes repulse me.

Once I got a month in, my next goal is to workout daily for 20 minutes and to completely remove fast food. Fast food will be a hard challenge.

You've inspired me to work on limiting caffeine too.
