I know I am not tagged here, but I would imagine that the recipe event could be referenced in the article. You would just need to post the recipe first to get the event ID. Then it's just up to each individual client if they will display the recipe in-line, or if they will use NIP-89 to link out to zap.cooking to handle it.

Is there a way for someone to write a recipe on highlighter that automatically posts to zap.cooking and primal's new feed?
Be nice to add recipes to our articles if we choose to do so. Then we can still be spoiled with the recipe only on zap.cooking but more details on highlighter.

I would like to make it easier on content creators, pull up highlight, add images, add recipes, and let it sync up. This is a dream. Might not happen for a bit, but I can ask. If content creators only had to go to one place, do all their business, and then it gets put in different Nostr apps for different reasons is more ideal.
I already know I can post the recipe on zap.cooking and have them use it on Highlighter. I literally just told someone to do that right before I posted this note to Pablo, Seth, and Primal. It's kind of a wishful ask.
If you're looking for one client to post both the recipe and the long-form article together, the one that would probably make most sense would be to integrate long-form into zap.cooking rather than recipe posting into Highlighter or another long form client.
Highlighter is supposed to be the place content creators build a following. They can highlight their articles, have paid subscriptions, are shown on feeds like Primal. It's like the content creators dashboard.
To get Zap Cooking that far, we would need a coder who would want to take it that far. And that is also something nostr:npub15u3cqhx6vuj3rywg0ph5mfv009lxja6cyvqn2jagaydukq6zmjwqex05rq needs to approve of.
Reading all this i think it is better to just have a talk, because i cant figure out if i just mis-interpet what you are saying or you have inaccurate notions of how Nostr works, or some combination of the two. So we would have to sort that out before i can answer :).
FWI Dikaios, currently recipes are not seperate kinds, but use the long-form kind. iirc Pablo mentioned trying to filter out the recipes due to this conflation that currently exists.
